National commercial construction company with over 10 years of proven experience. With a national workforce of over 100 staff with offices in five states. They specialise in design, construction, and refurbishment, handling everything from new builds, fit outs, refurbishments and upgrades for clients in both the public and private sectors.
They are currently looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Estimator to join the team with the option to be based in Perth or alternatively Darwin. It will be working on a mix of private and sector work including new build and refurbishments between $1m - $20m.
Key Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
- Previous experience working as an Estimator on projects $1m + on new build projects.
- Must have experience working in the construction space, tendering on commercial building projects
- Excellent relationships with the local subcontractors and supply chain
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
