Front Office Team Lead



About the Role:

* We are seeking a skilled Front Office Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
* The successful candidate will serve as a role model, motivating the team to achieve high standards of service.
* This position oversees daily tasks and manages guest arrivals and departures efficiently.
* You will address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.



Responsibilities:

* The Front Office Supervisor will supervise front office operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
* Excellent customer service skills are essential, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
* Accurate records must be maintained, including guest arrival and departure information.
* Collaboration with other departments is required to ensure seamless guest experiences, such as coordinating room assignments and amenities.
* A clean and organized work environment is essential, adhering to health and safety standards.



Requirements:

* Proven experience in a supervisory role within an office environment, demonstrating strong leadership and team management capabilities.
* An extensive background in the hospitality industry, ideally within a hotel or resort setting, with a thorough understanding of guest service standards and operations.
* Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to maintain a consistently positive and professional demeanor, even in high-pressure situations.
* Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and ensure timely completion of duties.
* Impeccable professional presentation, reflecting the high standards of the organisation.
* Flexibility to work weekends and adjust to varying schedules, as required by the operational needs of the business.
