About The Role and Where You Will Be Working
We are seeking a part‐time Exercise Physiologist to join our Allied Health Team at Southern Cross Care WA. The role is based in East Fremantle with a significant community caseload that includes home visits.
Hours: Four full working days – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday – from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (7.5 hours per day with a 30‐minute lunch break), total 60 hours per fortnight. Position is permanent part‐time.
Your Responsibilities
* Provide exercise physiology services to existing and new clients at the Health and Wellness Centre and in the community, aligned with client goals and wellness.
* Utilise clinical reasoning and evidence‐based practice to meet and maintain clinical standards.
* Maintain clinical documentation.
* Liaise with other team members to develop well‐coordinated holistic treatment plans.
* Maintain a safe and secure environment for all clients.
Qualifications and Experience
* Accredited Exercise Physiologist, registered with the relevant governing body and holding a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology.
* Demonstrated high level of quality clinical care.
* Strong organisational and time‐management skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Valid Australian driver's licence.
* Aged Care knowledge/experience desirable.
