Key Responsibilities:
* Providing professional planning advice informed by local and state government policies.
* Assessing project feasibility within the context of the planning scheme.
* Developing and issuing fee proposals.
* Coordination of planning applications.
* Management of the planning process.
The ideal candidate has 5 years of experience in town planning, proficiency in reviewing consultant reports, and strong IT and communication skills.
