About the Role
As a Beauty Therapist, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences while mentoring and supporting our team.
You will:
* Deliver advanced skin treatments with a results-driven focus
* Build personalised home care plans and educate clients about their skincare journey
* Support and mentor junior team members, helping them develop their skills
* Maintain high professional standards across all treatments and services
* Work collaboratively to create a positive, client-focused salon environment
We're looking for someone who:
* Has a genuine passion for skin health and client care
* Is confident, professional, and motivated to lead by example
* Enjoys educating clients and empowering them on their skincare journey
* Brings a positive attitude and a team-first mindset
Skills & Experience Required
Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
Minimum 1 year of experience in a salon environment
Strong skills in:
* Advanced facials and skin treatments
* Waxing (must be highly proficient)
* Spray tanning
* Manicures and pedicures
* Experience in skin diagnosis, treatment planning, and home care recommendations
* Knowledge of microdermabrasion and advanced technology
A passion for mentoring and supporting junior therapists
