About Your New Company

Complex Travel Group (formerly RoundAbout Travel) is in its 17th year of trading as an online travel agency. We operate a number of niche brands selling premium airfares, tours, cruises and reward travel including 'RoundAbout Travel', 'Flat Beds', 'QFlyer', 'Flat Beds Tour + Cruise', 'Onboard Luxury' and 'The Well Connected Traveller'. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and are one of Australia's leading independent travel agencies.

Due to continued growth, we are now seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Coordinator to work closely with our IT Manager to manage multiple websites, hosting platforms, IT projects, security and innovation across our different brands.

The Opportunity

As a talented IT Coordinator, you will be able to work across a broad range of areas to support the IT needs of the business. The key responsibilities are:

Key responsibilities:

* Web & digital platforms

* Coordinate updates and changes to our brand websites

* Brief and manage external web developers
* Do basic content updates, testing and troubleshooting
* CRM & business systems

* Support day-to-day CRM use and improvements

* Help keep data clean, workflows efficient and users supported
* Assist in building custom functions and automation programming
* Projects & vendor coordination

* Act as the main contact for web and systems projects with external partners

* Help plan, track and communicate project progress
* General IT support

* Provide frontline IT support for staff (hardware, software, access, etc.)

* Escalate more complex issues to the IT Manager or external providers

We are a Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm business so you get to keep your nights and weekends to yourself (unless we have a rare website outage). The role is full time but there is flexibility for the right candidate.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology, a fast learner and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. You don't need to know everything on day one, but you do need to be keen to learn and take ownership.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Ideally you will have:

* Around 2–5+ years' experience in IT support, systems, web or similar coordination roles
* Experience with websites (WordPress-based) and a basic understanding of web development concepts
* Experience with a CRM or business system and an interest in process improvement
* Strong problem-solving skills – you enjoy figuring things out and debugging issues
* Good communication skills – able to translate between non-technical staff and technical partners
* Solid planning and time management – able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bonus points for (nice to have, not mandatory):

* Exposure to hosting or cloud services (e.g. AWS, cPanel, similar)
* Experience with automation, AI tools or system integrations
* Previous experience in travel or an online business environment
