Requirements
- Proven experience in Sales leadership, ideally in a technical or service-based industry.
- Strong Communication and planning skills, with a people first mindset.
- Skilled in creating and executing effective plans that support team and business success.
- Passion for mentoring and team development.
- Comfortable with CRM systems, reporting tools and data-driven decision making.
