Job Title
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor
The successful candidate will provide high-level support in generating day-to-day service delivery, achieving successful outcomes for clients, capturing and sharing knowledge across projects, enhancing innovation, and reinforcing our reputation.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing and managing preliminary cost advice, project feasibility studies, cost planning, and budget establishment.
* Assisting in establishing client requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.
* Preparing and managing pre-contract stages, including advising on procurement strategies, preparing tender documents, and evaluating tender submissions.
* Managing post-contract stages, including preparing interim payment certificates, monitoring project costs, and assessing variations.
* Coordinating with the project team to resolve project issues, especially cost and contract matters.
Requirements:
* Degree in quantity surveying, civil engineering, structure, architecture, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering, or equivalent.
* A minimum of 5 years' technical delivery experience in a global construction consultancy, with exposure to multiple projects.
* Well-developed technical knowledge and skills, including preparing tender documents, estimates, and cost plans.
* Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
* Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
