Property Law Expertise
We are seeking a commercially astute and ambitious lawyer with 5+ years post admission to join our Property & Leasing team. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of property experience and an appreciation of the key drivers in relevant transactions.
The role will involve engaging in a range of projects and matters including all forms of property acquisitions and disposals, negotiations of complex leasing arrangements, general leasing for retail, commercial, and large format retail centres, advice and documentation for subdivision and development conditions, innovative developments, occupancy arrangements, and collaborative work with other teams.
You will be involved in stimulating and rewarding work as part of a high-performing and collaborative team. We are looking for someone who has a passion for this sector, pride themselves on their commercial and practical acumen, understands the commercial drivers of our clients, and has an innovative and pragmatic solutions-focused style.
