As a Human Resources Professional, you will be part of a global team supporting our People & Culture Strategy. You will have the opportunity to work on HR projects that drive business results and contribute to the success of our organisation.
You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of Human Resources, including employee relations, talent management, performance management, and compliance with relevant legislation.
Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience within Human Resources/People & Culture, a vocational or tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline, and hands-on experience of HR systems.
They will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to earn trust, credibility, and apply discretion where needed.
