*** Contact Centre Operator x 1 – Dubbo, NSW ***

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver high-quality customer service by interpreting and resolving first-contact enquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
* Process a variety of transactions accurately using established procedures, computer systems, telephony tools, and knowledge articles.
* Keep customers informed about the progress of their enquiries and escalate complex cases when needed.
* Achieve service performance targets, including customer satisfaction and efficiency metrics.
* Maintain accurate data and records, using multiple systems and technology platforms to manage work allocation and support performance analysis.
* Work collaboratively within a team environment that values information sharing, continuous improvement, and skill development.
* Participate in regular performance discussions and quality assessments.

What We're Looking For

* Strong customer service background within a contact centre or high-volume service environment.
* Confident using multiple computer systems, digital platforms, and telephony software.
* Ability to follow processes accurately and work independently while supporting team goals.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

******* Contact Centre Operators x2 – Wollongong, NSW ***

Key Responsibilities****

* Respond to inbound enquiries and complaints via phone, email, and online channels.
* Promote services and provide accurate information to customers.
* Support the Hired Plant team in sourcing plant equipment for roadworks and bridgeworks across NSW.
* Process timesheets and invoices for contractors supplying equipment.
* Create work orders and support general administration as required.

*Required Skills & Experience*

* Previous experience in a contact centre and administrative environment (mandatory).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* High attention to detail and ability to work across multiple tasks.
* Sound computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
* Experience with telephony systems and contact centre operations.
* Timesheet and invoice processing experience.
* Ability to source equipment or manage vendor/contractor relationships (preferred)
