The Harvey Norman Wangaratta Whitegoods Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Salesperson to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.
As a Salesperson, you will have an understanding of life at home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.
Responsibilities Support the Whitegoods team in delivering excellent customer service and product recommendations.
Assist customers with home solutions to achieve optimal outcomes.
Be available to work weekends and Extended Trade hours as required.
Qualifications Have a passion for retail.
Be highly motivated and results driven with outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Enjoy working in a team environment.
Ability to work in a customer focused, successful retail business.
Experience with KPIs and/or sales targets is advantageous; a passion to exceed individual and store sales targets.

Strong face-to-face and over-the-phone communication skills.
Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades.
