About You

* You should have the ability to showcase your strong business development skills with established relationships in the Ipswich community.
* You should possess strong lending experience.
* You should demonstrate leadership skills.
* You should be committed to and visibly model the organisation's behaviours and values.
* You should have a willingness and passion to get involved in the local community.
* You should possess excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, including negotiation, time management, and conflict resolution.
