Overview
An outstanding opportunity has become available in our portfolio for multiple concierges to join a growing and leading FM company in Melbourne. Reporting to the on site Building Manager, you will contribute to the overall business objectives of a prestigious residential apartment complex by effectively supervising the residential requirements of the complex. The complex has 24/7 concierge facilities, so we are looking for multiple people to join our team.
Shifts are all paid on award salaries and vary depending on the shift: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am. The successful applicant will ensure all residents\' needs, queries and problems are anticipated and resolved. We are looking for an admin wiz—emails, databases and phone etiquette of the highest standard
The Role
As a Residential Concierge you will be required to:
* Patrols of all residential corridors and carparks
* Co-ordinate all move in and outs of the complex
* Manage the parcel deliveries from varies couriers
* Be contactable onsite for Building Management and Cleaning staff to co-ordinate trades and residents movements
* Report on any damage, equipment break downs etc in a timely manner to ensure building management can arrange repairs
The Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels in an organization.
Thorough follow up, strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Impeccable level of personal presentation.
Competent computer, MS Office and Outlook skills—in particular database updates via Excel and BuildingLink.

Hours
Multiple shifts available—please note which shifts you are applying for on your application.
* Shift 1 - Monday to Friday: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am
* Shift 2 - Saturday and Sunday: 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am
Includes onsite carpark, uniforms and onsite training
Salary is award based on the relevant shift hours with loadings plus benefits (superannuation, leave entitlements, insurances etc) for the right candidate.
