We're seeking a highly motivated Electrical Engineering professional to join our Planning & Technical Team.

About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, planning, maintenance, and compliance of electrical and instrumentation infrastructure systems to support the efficient running of our Beverley Plant. You will provide strong governance to multidisciplinary teams both internally and externally to deliver safe, efficient, and reliable solutions across our project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Designing, developing, analysing and improving electrical drawings, specifications, control systems and component performance
* Optimising high voltage distribution and wellfield electrical design
* Conducting testing, troubleshooting, and performance evaluations
* Project management and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and contractors
* Compliance with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and codes
About You
As an accomplished Engineering professional, you will hold tertiary qualifications in Engineering majoring in Electrical / Mechatronics or Electronics. You will have proven experience in leading complex projects, high voltage generation and distribution, electrical safety and assessment to interrogate multifaceted electrical control systems and have a reputation for devising feasible solutions. Your expertise in electrical regulatory requirements, codes and standards applicable to electrical systems in mining will be invaluable. You will have a personable nature, a collaborative approach when leading projects and possess exemplary creative thinking to challenge the status quo.
