Chef de Partie Role
As a key team member, you will assist the Head Chef in organizing the kitchen, creating and costing menus to drive profitability and quality.
* Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing menus for daily service by developing recipes that meet culinary standards.
* Create and cost recipes to ensure profitable menu options and maintain high-quality dishes.
* Maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment adhering to food safety regulations, ensuring a positive work experience for all team members.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role with proven success in managing kitchen operations.
* Relevant culinary qualifications such as a diploma or certificate in hospitality with a strong focus on culinary arts.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
