**About our Opportunity**
As a valued member of our Australia-Asia HR Team, you will support a portfolio of multi-brand business units across multi-sites in Victoria, SA and WA, with 1,500+ workforce. The role will be based in South Eastern/Eastern Suburbs and supported by your HR Director and two HR Business Partners. We strive to provide an exceptional level of service to our internal customers, you will contribute to this by ensuring HR administration transactions are accurately completed within our agreed SLA's, this will include:
- position management
- recruiting, engagement and performance management workflows
- letters of variation
- change of employment contracts
- following up goals, performance evaluations and compliance training
- first point of contact for employee grievances and employee relations
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is newly qualified as there will be an opportunity for you to gain exposure to other HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation and workforce planning. You will also have exposure to global projects such as global engagement survey support.

As a minimum, you will need to hold a Diploma level qualification in an HR discipline and at least 2 years of experience within a manufacturing, FMCG, warehousing, distribution/logistics organisation, preferred. Along with a highly organised customer-centric approach to your work, good people and relationship skills and be unaffected when resolving problems that arise to support your internal customers, as essential to success in this role.
You must be/have:
- enthusiasm to work in a rapidly changing & challenging manufacturing environment
- competency in MS Suite (Excel & PowerPoint)
- ability to quickly gain competency in SAP, if you haven't already had exposure
