Your Duties and Responsibilities:
* To maintain the quality of the food products served
* Ensuring food quality and taste is of the highest standard
* Responsible to ensure the preparation station and the kitchen is set up and stocked
* Responsible to maintain health and high hygienic standard in Kitchen area
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
* Responsible to manage stock inventory and supplies
* Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items
* Controlling and minimizing food wastage
* Responsible to cook menu in a timely manner with the support of the kitchen staff
* Ensure appealing plate presentation
* Slightly modify recipes to meet customers' needs and requests
* Discusses food preparation issues with managers, and other staff members
* Requisitions food, kitchen supplies and equipment
Qualifications and Experiences:
Cook:
* No qualifications nor experiences are required
* Able to work under pressure
* Have experience in cooking is recommended
* Able to work under pressure
* Quick Learner
