The opportunity
Our valued Client is seeking a Production Hand and Production Hand/Cleaner to join their team in Byron Bay, NSW. These are casual roles (ongoing 38 hour week) within the food industry, with a focus on assembly, process work and cleaning.
Key responsibilities
* Assisting in the food production and assembly processes
* Performing general cleaning duties to maintain a safe and organised work environment
* Adhering to all health and safety protocols
* Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
* Completing other tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the production facility
What we're looking for
* A passion for quality healthy food
* Experience in a similar production or assembly role, preferably within the manufacturing of food industry
* Forklift experience an advantage (Production Hand/Cleaner role)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
* Flexible and reliable approach to work
* Reliable transport
