Are you passionate about cars and great with people? Do you speak Mandarin and enjoy helping customers find the perfect vehicle? Werribee and Western Automotive Group is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our busy Werribee team!
About Us
At Werribee & Western Automotive Group, we pride ourselves on outstanding customer service and a diverse range of quality vehicles. We currently feature a large selection of Chinese brand vehicles alongside other popular models; and we're looking for a talented Sales Consultant to help connect Mandarin‐speaking customers with their ideal car.
What You'll Do
* Greet and engage customers with a friendly, professional approach
* Provide expert advice on our vehicle range, especially Chinese‐brand models
* Build rapport with customers and guide them through the sales process
* Deliver exceptional customer service and follow‐up
* Achieve individual and team sales targets
What We're Looking For
* Fluent Mandarin (spoken and written) preferred but not essential
* Passion for automotive sales and customer satisfaction
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Energetic, motivated, and results‐driven
