Key Responsibilities
* Maintenance and Support
o Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on critical facility components and/or systems.
o Operate and maintain plumbing, fire suppression, and life-safety systems.
* Vendor Coordination
o Coordinate vendors on skilled tasks to ensure maintenance activities are carried out per standards and requirements.
* Incident Response and Resolution
o Respond to all on-site incidents, including failures, significant problems and delays.
o Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and make recommendations for solutions.
* Circuit Installation and Projects
o Complete skilled work requests and circuit installations.
* Collaboration and Teamwork
o Collaborate with others to resolve difficult facility incidents.
