They are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a $100 million government project in the Pacific Islands.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage the project through to completion
* Provide regular project reporting on time, cost, and quality
* Collaborate closely with subcontractors to drive the program
* Build positive relationships with external stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors
* Ensure exceptional customer service during handover and defects phase
* Manage WH&S requirements in accordance with relevant legislation and company systems
Candidate Profile
* Experience in commercial projects, particularly with projects over $50 million
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, build consensus, and work well within a team
* Proven experience in managing multiple projects from start to finish
* Experience working within the Australian construction market
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ideally from a trade background
