About the role
As the Hire Coordinator / All rounder at ConX Hire, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our equipment hire business. Based in our Pakenham Branch, this full-time position involves coordinating the hiring process, providing customer service, and assisting with a variety of general business tasks.
What you'll be doing
* Coordinating the hire process, including booking equipment, preparing and processing paperwork, and managing returns
* Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering inquiries, and helping them find the right equipment for their needs
* Assisting with general business operations, such as inventory management, equipment maintenance, and administrative duties
* Collaborating with the wider team to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment
* Embracing a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the evolving needs of the business
What we're looking for
* Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
* Basic mechanical knowledge or experience in equipment maintenance and repair
* Familiarity with equipment hire or a similar service-oriented industry
* A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
