Resolve customer concerns effectively and professionally, leading by example.
Bring the Concept to Life
Support execution of Global Concept store standards, visual guidelines, and in‑store initiatives.
Help maintain a store environment that is visually strong, organised, and on‑brand at all times.
Operational Excellence
Support inventory management, stock flow, shrink targets, and loss prevention initiatives.
Assist with payroll control, service‑driven scheduling, and operational compliance.
Ensure WHS standards and safe working practices are consistently followed.
