As a key member of our leadership team, the successful candidate will provide expert guidance on construction, compliance, and regulatory matters.
This role reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for greenfield and brownfield development and maintenance of company assets.
* Development and expansion of agricultural activities across NSW, VIC, and NZ.
* Managing key relationships with stakeholders including processers, customers, WHS, trades, regulatory bodies, and employees.
* Onsite construction management of multiple agricultural developments in multiple locations.
* Civil design, electrical design, and water (hydraulic) design and implementation.
* Quote, tender, and manage numerous sub contractors.
* Leading the Construction Team of Supervisors.
* Travel between regional VIC and NSW.
