Role Summary
Looking for a TMS V&V Planner / Test Manager to support a rail signaling project involving ETCS Level 2 (ETCS L2) and Traffic Management System (TMS) delivery. The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing testing activities to ensure quality delivery and project milestone completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and schedule lab testing and field testing activities.
* Prepare and review test procedures, test reports, and test documents.
* Coordinate with development teams, project teams, and customer teams.
* Track defects, risks, issues, and testing progress.
* Ensure test coverage and requirement traceability.
* Support project milestones and testing readiness activities.
* Plan team workload and support new team members.
* Prepare progress reports and dashboards.
Required Skills
* Experience in railway signaling, ETCS, TMS, CBTC, or railway systems.
* Good understanding of testing activities, Verification & Validation (V&V), and defect tracking.
* Experience in test planning and requirements management.
* Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
* Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong planning and coordination capability.
* Fluent spoken and written English.
Preferred
* Experience in railway projects or signaling projects.
* Experience in system integration testing and field testing.
* Ability to work with multiple teams and customer stakeholders.
