About The Role
We are currently seeking a Retail Assistant to join our BCU team.
Be first on call for customer service in person, via phone and email helping customers to determine correct sizes for their uniform items and work with new companies to onboard them into our process.
You will learn a new craft in applying embroidery to garments and expand on that knowledge as opportunities arise.
Your day will be a variety of customer service, administering existing orders and progressing items through our process to help meet turnaround times and deadlines in collaboration with your colleagues.
About You
A self‑described people person, you enjoy customer service and sales ideally having worked in clothing retail before. Previous experience in a customised apparel workplace will be highly regarded.
You are very comfortable with computers and spreadsheets in particular with communicating via email coming easily to you. With a keen eye for detail, you use your mix of communication and record‑keeping skills to make sales and document orders accurately.
Your can do attitude has served you well as you enjoy learning new things and are always curious to discover more.
About Your Development
Training will be constant as we support you through developing your expertise and obtaining a specialists level of knowledge in sizing and garment customisation. Using internal systems, you will progress through a series of training material that will equip you with everything you need and more succeed in the role.
