The Role
Manage a portfolio of 150 properties, growing to approx. 180
* End-to-end portfolio management - No entries
* Build strong relationships with Rental Providers and Renters
* Oversee maintenance and compliance
* Prepare for VCAT hearings if required
* Monday–Friday role
