The Position:
We present an exciting opportunity for an experienced property manager to join our boutique agency. As a proactive property manager, you will manage a medium size portfolio and play a pivotal role from day one. In this position you will gain broad exposure to all areas of property management.
* Overseeing daily property management tasks
* Liaising with key stakeholders
* Maintaining accurate communication records
* Strong time management, prioritisation and organisational skills
* Coordinate and facilitate routine and open inspections
* Maintain up to date maintenance records
* No out-of-office duties
* Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Manage a clean portfolio to ensure quality service and work/life balance
* Work within a supportive, friendly, and collaborative team environment
What will be your role?
You'll work closely with an experienced Property Manager and gain responsibilities for:
* Delivering warm, personable and highly professional service to landlords and tenants
* Assisting with day-to-day property management tasks
* Tenant and landlord communication
* Coordinating maintenance and follow-ups
* Managing emails, phone calls and admin support
* Conducting routine inspections and ingoing/outgoing processes
* Assist in organising and hosting open homes and private property inspections
* Supporting systems, compliance and file management
* Maintain accurate client records within our CRM systems
* Assisting with social media and digital content (where applicable)
* Prepare listing presentations, marketing materials and sales documentation

* Current Certificate of Registration or Full Licence
* Property Management experience
* Current Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle to get to and from work
