Responsibilities

* Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to design and deliver effective talent acquisition solutions.
* Build a robust talent pipeline and champion exceptional candidate experiences throughout every interaction.
* Evaluate and refine processes to ensure inclusivity and contribute to organisational efficiency and culture.
Qualifications And Skills
* Proven track record (typically 3+ years) in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in fast-paced environments.
* Strong abilities in sourcing candidates through various channels, including professional networks, social media, and recruitment technologies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS.
* Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
Preferred Education And Experience
* A Certificate IV or Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce with a focus on Human Resources, or equivalent professional experience in HR.
* Hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including onboarding and offboarding.
