Rewarding Compensation Package:
* Base Salary: $65,000-$75,000 (based on experience)
* Performance Commission: 4% of average technician revenue (~$15,000 annually)
* Team Bonus Pool: Monthly performance-based incentives
* Total Earning Potential: $80,000-$90,000+ annually

You'll be the vital link between our customers and technicians, driving revenue while ensuring smooth operations.
Your Daily Impact:
You'll work across our three customer segments (Domestic, Commercial, and Body Corporate), handling both sales and administrative functions:
Sales Responsibilities:
* Convert new customer inquiries into bookings
* Rebuild and grow existing customer relationships
* Support technicians with upselling opportunities
* Develop compelling proposals that win business
Administrative Excellence:
* Coordinate scheduling to maximise efficiency
* Prepare professional sales proposals
* Manage customer concerns with empathy and solutions
* Handle various operational tasks that keep our business running smoothly

* Available to work in our Maroochydore office Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm (no remote work available)
