This role involves leading business development initiatives that drive strategic partnerships with global organizations, NGOs, and impact actors to advance organizational impact worldwide.
* Establish and maintain a portfolio of key strategic partnerships.

* 13+ years of experience in strategic business development, partnerships, or related fields.
* Proven track record of negotiating and closing complex deals with C-level stakeholders.
* Energized by ambiguity and able to thrive in dynamic environments.
* Experience working in or with teams across diverse geographies, with sensitivity to regional dynamics and political context.
