About the business and the role

On behalf of our client, a reliable and trustworthy Automotive, Agricultural, and Industrial servicing company with over 20 years’ of experience and presence in Ballarat, gforce employment + recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Service Administration Officer

Our client, winner of Commerce Ballarat 2010 Business Excellence Award is now seeking a Service Administration Officer to coordinate and monitor the progression of workshop jobs from time of initial booking to completion.

As the face of the business this position would be suitable for a person who is process driven, accurate has exceptional customer service skills and can maintain both internal and external relationships, you will have a strong background in administration, be efficient, ability to multitask and thrive in a busy environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Coordination of customer bookings including the collection of all information required to raise job orders

Answering phones while managing customer facing enquiries in a timely manner

Continuously monitor jobs in the workshop ensuring all paperwork is available to complete customer invoices

Coordination of daily pickup/delivery schedule for courtesy and fleet vehicles

Contacting customers on completion of work

Updating customer and vehicle details in AMWIN system

Filing job cards and supplier invoices daily

Diary management

Completing EFTPOS sheet daily

Maintaining a clean and tidy work area

All other duties as required

Skills and Experience

Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite & Internet Explorer, Accounting and industry specific software would be advantageous

Strong communication and customer service skills

Proven time management and problem solving skills

Attention to detail and organisational skills

Willingness to undertake further training and development as required

Accounting background advantageous

Current drivers licence
