What You'll Enjoy:
* Roster: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

* Autonomy & Ownership: Take the lead on the DAA/Webster packing function and make a meaningful impact on service quality and workflow efficiency.Team Leadership: Lead a small team delivering DAA services across Cairns and Townsville, overseeing team performance, stock management, invoicing, and communication between stores to ensure seamless coordination.

With a skilled and supportive team behind you, you'll take ownership of the DAA/Webster packing process and share your expertise across multiple pharmacy locations.

In this role, you'll lead a small team delivering DAA services across Cairns and Townsville, managing team performance, stock control, invoicing, and communication between stores to ensure smooth, high‐quality service delivery.

What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or Dispensary Technician in a community pharmacy setting.
* Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse range of responsibilities with confidence and efficiency.
* Customer-focused, patient-centric approach to pharmacy service.
* A positive, can‐do attitude and a strong team spirit.
* Experience with DAA processes and pharmacy administration is highly regarded.
