Oil & Gas Emergency Response Trainer & Assessor – Full Time (ERGT Australia)
At ERGT Australia, we're offering full-time Emergency Response Trainer & Assessor roles to people with real‑world experience in oil & gas, emergency response or other high‑risk industries, and a genuine passion for helping others stay safe.

Your New Role
As a Trainer & Assessor, you will deliver hands‑on, scenario‑based training across a range of nationally recognised courses, including:
* MSMWHS216 – Operate Breathing Apparatus
* PMAWHS213 – Undertake Fire Control and Emergency Rescue
* PMAWHS311 – Lead Emergency Teams
* PMAOMIR302 – Respond to a Helideck Incident
* PUASAR025 – Undertake Confined Space Rescue
* MSMWHS212 – Undertake First Response to Fire Incidents
* PUAFER008 – Confine Small Emergencies in a Facility
* PUAFER005 – Operate as Part of an Emergency Control Organisation
* Rescue from Heights
* Hazardous Materials Incident Response
You don't need to meet every requirement – we're most interested in your strengths, experience and motivation to share your knowledge.
Who We're Looking For
You may come from backgrounds such as oil & gas, fire & rescue, defence, paramedicine, aviation, or industrial/volunteer emergency response. More important than your background is your commitment to safety, training excellence and continuous learning.
We're looking for people who demonstrate:

* Professional integrity and a growth mindset
The following certifications are preferred (or currently being completed):
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122)
* HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid
