Job Description SAP ABAP Developer About our client: Our client is a well-known and prestigious multinational consultancy who is working with a Federal Government end client on a highly impactful project benefiting the Australian people. About the role: As an experienced SAP CRM Developer, you will deliver innovative business solutions through design, build and test, including responsibility for systems integration. As a member of an existing team of ABAP CRM developers, you will perform technical design, produce technical specifications, and build ABAP objects aligned to the agreed SAP CRM strategy and approach. You will work closely with the design team and test teams to resolve defects associated with the CRM development objects. We would expect you to have a solid SAP CRM background with at least 2 full implementations, ideally in a large government organisation environment. Strong experience in CRM design, planning and managing execution of the CRM development building. Experience in the S/4 HANA Fiori development is a must. The Successful Candidate: Government Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain baseline government or NV-1 clearance. Citizenship Requirement: Must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this role. The Successful Candidate Demonstrable skills in ABAP and integration to PI/PO and Data Services. Development and administration of IDOCs and Web Services. Good knowledge of ABAP, REST services, ESR Objects. Design and development experience producing and consuming SOAP and RESTful web services including XML Schemas and WSDLs. Technical SAP CRM Development – Hands-on experience in developing SAP CRM solutions, particularly within the CRM One Order framework, OData, and related components such as BOPF, BOL/GENIL Browser, ADT, and BADIs. Core Data Services (CDS) Views – Proficiency in creating and debugging CDS views for data modelling and reporting. Business Rule Framework Plus (BRF) – Experience in designing and debugging rule-based automation for business processes using decision tables and expressions. Have basic knowledge of HANA development and administration. Working experience building complex interfaces to and from SAP S4HANA. Minimum 3 years SAP experience developing solutions for SAP systems. Proven success in contributing and collaborating in a team-oriented environment. At least 2 full cycle implementations in a senior development role. Ability to communicate clearly, listen, understand, and adapt to the audience; to ensure common understanding. What's on offer?
