This newly created role focuses on identifying and capturing new client engagement opportunities while expanding existing client relationships. You will build sustained partnerships that enable clients to respond effectively to emerging digital needs.
We operate in a hybrid (office/remote) capacity, with an expectation of 3 days per week in our offices (Cremorne, Melbourne or Barangaroo, Sydney).
In this role, you will:
1. Own and manage the growth and healthy operation of client accounts (new and existing), working with client sponsors/contacts.
2. Achieve growth targets from a blend of new and existing client accounts.
3. Create and maintain robust client account growth plans.
4. Partner with colleagues including technical leads, other Account Directors, and Marketing teams.
5. Develop collateral such as responses, proposals, and Statements of Work (SoWs) to secure new engagements.
6. Leverage marketing activities to enhance client growth.
7. Track client account activity and impact through Salesforce (training provided).
8. Apply an advisory selling approach to identify and frame emerging digital growth opportunities.
9. Work with technical consultants to identify and respond to digital opportunities within clients.
10. Create forums and materials, including workshops, discussion documents, and reports, to guide clients in understanding opportunities and making purchase decisions.
11. Proactively build and maintain networks across clients.
12. Actively sell Trideca’s digital products and solutions.
13. Create forums to launch and promote solutions to new clients, supported by marketing.
14. Provide market feedback to product owners within Trideca.
Additionally, you will:
1. Support the growth of the Trideca Sales team through process design and enhancement.
2. Advocate for an advisory-led approach to account management. 3. Manage Salesforce reporting and insights related to your pipeline. 4. Support marketing activities to enhance our marketplace position. 5. Share best practices with the team.
To be successful, you will have:
* A minimum of 10 years of strategic sales experience, driving acquisition and expansion of enterprise client accounts.
* 5+ years of experience in a business consulting environment, preferably with a global or Australian firm.
* A good understanding of mobile, web, cloud, data & analytics, digital strategy—note you do not need to be a digital specialist, just aware of high-level trends.
* A focus on driving business impact with attention to follow-through.
* Experience qualifying opportunities, managing sales cycles, and closing new opportunities.
* Experience managing contracts and administrative tasks.
* A proven track record of winning new and renewal business.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience navigating complex stakeholders.
