What’s the role?
An exciting opportunity is available for a Principal Engineer to join the Quality Engineering Platform – Core Enablement team. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on the design, engineering and delivery of solution testing and development service offerings as platform features.
This role operates across multiple engineering squads in a complex Agile at scale environment. It combines deep and broad technical capability with hands on delivery leadership. This role is key to implementing our Enterprise Quality Platform capabilities, enabling our change agenda and mitigation of associated risk.
What do I need?
* Prior experience leading engineering feature delivery teams/squads.
* Strong understanding of Agile at scale, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and test automation lifecycle.
* Comfortable working in complex, federated delivery environments and dealing with change and dependencies.
* Experience within a regulatory environment, managing risk with continuous quality and compliance embedded within solutions.
* Strong collaboration and influencing skills across diverse stakeholders, consumers, delivery teams, and vendors.
* Experience with managing backlogs, feature pipelining, elaboration, solutioning, and prioritisation for value.
