Castlemaine Property Group is looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive administrator to be the backbone of our busy real estate office. This is a full-time, on-site role in our long-established local agency, working closely with our sales agents and property managers to keep everything running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing
* Acting as the first point of contact for clients, delivering a warm and professional reception experience
* Managing office presentation and supplies so everything is running at its best
* Handling a variety of administrative tasks including word processing, proofreading, preparing documentation and forms, and maintaining databases and files
* Coordinating marketing campaigns across property platforms, social media, and print materials using tools such as Box & Dice and Adobe InDesign
* Liaising with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
About You
You'll thrive in this role if you:
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
* Are confident with technology and enjoy learning new systems (and can solve the small IT hiccups that pop up)
* Can follow established processes while also spotting opportunities to improve them
* Bring a positive, enthusiastic approach and love providing exceptional customer service
* Work well in a team but can also take initiative and get things done independently
* Hold (or are willing to obtain) an Agent's Representative Certificate
