About the roleAs our Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face of our Hervey Bay practice.
From greeting patients with a smile to keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience.Working closely with the Office Manager, your responsibilities will include:Providing outstanding customer service and patient careManaging bookings, phone enquiries, and paymentsMaintaining accurate records in our practice management system (Gensolve preferred)Supporting the team with admin tasks and a little day-to-day tidyingContributing to the positive, supportive culture we're proud ofWhat we're looking forThrives on delivering memorable service with a caring attitudeIs detail-oriented, organised, and reliableLoves being part of a busy, collaborative teamBrings prior admin/reception experience (medical/allied health highly regarded)Is comfortable with Medicare, Hi-Caps, Excel, and practice management softwareCan work Monday–Friday with flexibility for open/close shiftsPerks & benefits you'll enjoyOngoing training and career development opportunitiesAccess to staff discounts across our servicesA unique Pet Leave Policy - because fur babies count too!
