What You'll Do
* Technical Expertise & Support: Act as the primary technical authority for Screen Media products, providing expert support to internal teams, customers and external partners. Daily activities include troubleshooting, supporting field trials and ensuring successful product installations. Success means increased trial conversions and customer satisfaction. Travel locally and internationally to customer sites and mines will be required.
* Sales Enablement & Strategy: Collaborate with sales, business development and product management teams to develop go-to-market plans that strategically grow aftermarket sales. This includes identifying opportunities, supporting product trials and developing competitive strategies to increase market share.
* Customer & Market Insights: Capture and relay customer requirements, industry trends and technological advancements to influence product development and customer-focused solutions. Engage regularly with customers to understand operational needs and recommend process improvements.
* Collaboration & Mentorship: Work cross-functionally with engineering, product management and sales teams to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction. Mentor colleagues to strengthen technical expertise across the organization.

Qualifications
Must-haves
* Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in screen media applications or product/application sales in screening/media.
* Tertiary qualification in mechanical engineering or a relevant field.
* Strong technical background with proven ability to analyse complex problems and deliver effective solutions.
* Proven technical sales capabilities, ideally with screening and comminution aftermarket products.
Nice-to-haves
* Extensive knowledge of minerals processing and/or sand and aggregate markets.
* Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
* SAP user experience.
* Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
