Facility Management Role
This role is for a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage a team of support staff, providing leadership and ensuring the delivery of excellent facility management services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, with experience in managing teams, assets, and projects. They will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure all building facilities adhere to proper safety standards and cleaning procedures
* Maintain equipment and building provisions to meet health and safety requirements
* Organise and plan building instalments and refurbishments
* Supervise facilities staff and communicate with external contractors and vendors
* Handle insurance contracts
Requirements:
* At least a Diploma level in Management or any equivalent qualification
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a Similar Position
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work as a team member
* Good time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
* Demonstrated ability to be able to multi task
