About the Role
* As a Protect Case Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and processing cases and payments for members of our fund, including Total Permanent Disability (TPD) and Income Protection (IP) insurance claims.
* You'll also manage Death (D) and Terminal Illness (TI) claims, Family Law claims, and early release payments (financial hardship, compassionate grounds).
The primary focus of this role is to manage the end-to-end process of Death Claims, providing helpful service to beneficiaries/claimants and assisting them with their queries along the way.
This role is based in our Melbourne office, and while we have a hybrid approach to work, you may be required to attend the office more often during the initial training period.
