Job Title: Systems Support Specialist
This is a unique opportunity to join the team as a highly motivated and detail-oriented systems support specialist. You will play a key role in supporting the coordination, record keeping, and data management of various teams.
About the Role:
* Support the Director of Clinical Services & Quality Systems to maintain the elements of the Quality Management System and Document Management Systems
* Assist in the preparation and delivery of quality assurance programs
* Assist with internal audits of systems and processes including against work instructions and quick start guides
Key Responsibilities:
* Quality and Safety:
o Support the Director of Clinical Services & Quality Systems to maintain the elements of the Quality Management System and Document Management Systems
o Assist in the preparation and delivery of quality assurance programs
o Assist with internal audits of systems and processes including against work instructions and quick start guides
* Learning and Development:
o Coordinate new starter orientation for employees and undergraduate graduate programs
o Support educators/trainers and managers organizing training, meeting requirements, and recording sessions
o Maintain and improve record-keeping systems and databases
o E-learning administrator
Requirements:
* Well-developed presentation and customer service skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Substantive administrative experience across various teams and projects
* Strong organizational skills in document control and record management
* A strong work ethic, self-motivated, and able to work independently and within a team
