We see the poor management and underinvestment in the sector as an opportunity for improvement and growth.ResponsibilitiesThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef based in Dubbo, NSW.
The Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals, designing menus, ensuring food quality and safety standards, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.
The Chef will also work closely with management to ensure efficient kitchen operations and customer satisfaction.QualificationsExperience in preparing and cooking meals, and designing menusStrong knowledge of food quality and safety standardsSkills in managing kitchen staff and ordering suppliesExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and ensure kitchen cleanlinessStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPrevious experience in a similar role is a plusCulinary certification or relevant qualification is beneficial
