About the Role
You will be responsible for producing accurate detailing and layouts for residential and commercial projects, ensuring designs meet engineering, architectural, and manufacturing requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Interpret architectural and engineering drawings
* Produce detailed layouts, models, and material lists
* Prepare connection details and drawing packages for production
* Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications
* Review and revise drawings based on feedback
* Work closely with architects, engineers, and internal teams to resolve design issues
* Liaise with production to ensure designs are practical and ready for manufacture
* Provide technical support where required
Experience Required
* Minimum 3 years' experience in detailing or design within the residential and/or commercial construction industry
* Experience using FrameCAD
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
