IT Technical Specialist Position
We are seeking a skilled IT technical specialist to provide level 1 and 2 desktop support both on-site and remotely.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or equivalent

* Familiarity with Microsoft and ITIL environments
