The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Cranes and Lifting Team in Perth to support ongoing crane maintenance contracts.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the delivery of projects to meet client and contractual requirements, including managing internal and external stakeholders.
* Manage overall project performance (scope, timeline, budget, target deliverables) to meet client, company and contractual requirements.
* Manage the timeliness and accuracy of project controls (reporting, costs, schedule, trends, change management) in terms of both direct and indirect costs.
* Review and prepare campaign documents including quotations, equipment lists required to execute various scopes, technical workpacks, project charters and reports.
* Manage crane maintenance campaigns from start-to-finish, including stakeholder and client management, preparation of documentation and project scope, mobilisation meeting, mobilisation of personnel and equipment, execution, delivery, close out and invoice preparation.
* Provide technical support and mentoring to other engineers and technicians.
* Prepare project scope, budget, and schedule for written proposals.
* Communicate proactively and maintain client relationships.
* Assist Engineers / Technical Advisors with the development of mechanical and hydraulic drawings, procedures, manuals, specifications and general engineering documents.
* Provide project support and input to tenders, customer presentations, and other required marketing and sales/BD activities.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Cranes and Lifting experience.
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, project stakeholders and technicians.
* Experience with risk management, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
* A professional, results-driven, and personable approach to managing project teams and stakeholders.
* Demonstrate ability to deliver high quality projects on time and within budget.
* Ability to present with confidence to management and senior stakeholders on project updates and performance.
* Advanced time management and organizational skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively without supervision with a consistently high degree of accuracy and quality.
