* Develop detailed sales and cost estimates for building projects.

* Identify potential risks and opportunities from project specifications, plans and documentation.
Required Skills & Experience:
* High level of proficiency in Excel, estimating software and IT applications.
* Experience in preparing sales, pre-start and site costing estimates.
* Ability to manage time, prioritise and plan tasks for successful completion.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
