**Job Title:** Project Coordinator
The Welkin Construction Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project managers in coordinating daily activities and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role requires strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a construction or project administration role and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting project managers in coordinating daily activities and ensuring projects meet quality, timeline, and budget requirements.
* Maintaining accurate project records, reports, and documentation, including contracts, schedules, and progress updates.
* Providing administrative and logistical support on construction sites, including organizing materials, managing schedules, and monitoring progress.
* Ensuring all safety regulations, building codes, and company policies are adhered to throughout the project.
To excel in this role, you should have:
* A diploma or degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field preferred but not mandatory. Relevant experience will be considered.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
